CRM system for lead generation and admin view

I am looking for a skilled full-stack freelancer specializing in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) to create a CRM system for my business. The primary focus of this project is to develop a comprehensive CRM system that includes lead generation capabilities.
Currently, my business does not have an existing CRM system in place, so the freelancer will be responsible for building the system from scratch. The two main features that I require in the CRM system are Lead Generation and Contact Management.
Lead Generation:
The CRM system should have a user-friendly interface for capturing leads.
It should provide a form or mechanism for potential customers to enter their contact information and relevant details.
The system should support lead tracking and management, allowing me to categorize leads based on their status and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
Integration with other lead generation channels, such as website forms or social media platforms, would be a plus.
Contact Management:
The CRM system should offer robust contact management functionalities.
It should allow me to store and organize contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any additional relevant data.
The system should provide the ability to add notes, tags, or custom fields to contacts for better segmentation and personalized interactions.
It should offer a search and filtering functionality to easily retrieve specific contacts based on various criteria.
Integration with other communication channels, such as email or messaging platforms, would be beneficial.
As a freelancer, you should have a strong understanding of the MERN stack and be proficient in developing scalable and efficient web applications. Experience in CRM system development or similar projects would be highly valued.
