CRM for phone company

I need a developer or a group of developers to make a fully CRM with:

Backend: NodeJS, Express, Bcrypt. JWT, Socket.io, MongoDB and more, etc.
Frontend: Vue 3, Tailwind, etc.

The project consists of:

-> An intranet for the whole network to access (by levels)
-> Sales achievement section with targets (% to reach target)
-> Section to see status and name of customers (activated, incidence, rejected, in process ... by colors)
-> Total activated sales report section (sales history)
-> Invoicing section (management will upload auto invoices and the network can download it)
-> Section to upload videos and after each video have to take a test and if you do not pass, you can not move to the next video.
-> Sales upload section (with the option to upload documentation)
-> An ad can be placed on the main Dashboard with challenges/trips.
-> Section with a chat for the whole network
