CMMS with Critical Asset Tracking & Risk-Based Inspection

We are looking for a skilled freelance developer with expertise in React to develop a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with two additional modules: Critical Asset Tracking and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI). The goal of this project is to build a robust, user-friendly, and scalable web application that enhances asset management, maintenance scheduling, and risk assessment.

-Asset registration and tracking
-Work order management
-Preventive maintenance scheduling
-Inventory management
-User role and permission management
Critical Asset Tracking Module:
-Identification and categorization of critical assets
-Performance and condition tracking
-Automated alerts and notifications
Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Module:
-Inspection planning and scheduling
-Risk prioritization based on probability and consequence
-Reporting and analytics dashboard
Tech Stack:
Frontend: React
Backend: (Open to suggestions, preferably Node.js/Express)
Database: PostgreSQL
Authentication: JWT or OAuth implementation
Hosting & Deployment: AWS, Firebase, or similar
Ideal Candidate:
-Strong experience in React development
-Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js) is a plus
-Experience with asset management systems or CMMS is highly desirable
-Ability to integrate APIs and third-party services
-Good understanding of UI/UX principles
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Project Timeline:
The estimated project duration is 1.5 months. The developer should be able to provide a clear roadmap, with milestones for each module.
