CALCULATE AUCTION PRICE IN REAL TIME

The objective here is to use APIs and NODEJS to calculate a dynamic auction price with buyers and sellers interacting with the auction.
The auction price is the price that MAXIMIZES the quantity that would be traded between buyers and sellers.
The attached file has the instructions to perform the calculation and a simple simulator in excel where you can see the formulas used to help with your coding.
This is mainly a backed services project that I would like to run locally my terminal.
If you would like to build a simple frontend to help visualising the auction that would be a plus.
