Building website in Azure using Github Codespaces

I am looking for a skilled developer to help me build a website in Microsoft Azure using Github Codespaces. The purpose of the website is to provide a GUI for users to upload and manage documents, and automate certain workflows. I have some existing code, and the task is to utilise and update this code. I do require user registration/login functionality to be built as well. So I am looking for someone who is familiar with Azure, an expert in github (and Codespaces) and with website development experience (Python, Node.js, Powershell).
