Build simple web application in NOde.js

Create very basic application that allows users to register devices into a mysql database, delete the devices and monitor the status of the devices (display sql list)
PRoject should be completed in node.js using bodyparser, ejs, express and mysql with HTML (Not angular, not PHP)
It is just a simple web application that does not have any interaction with other hardware
