Build docker container and deploy to Google Cloud Run using GitHub Actions

We've just finished our new Node/ExpressJS REST API and a NuxtJS app and now want to set up a production environment and need some assistance deploying it to Google Cloud Run to make it rock solid using GitHub Actions to have proper CI/CD in place.
You need to have knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Action, Docker, and some Node/ExpressJS know-how would be appreciated.
FYI, Any prefab offers will be ignored, if you genuinely read the project description and if working with a German company and maybe build a long-term relationship with us is something you're interested in, then you'll take the time and write a proper proposal.
