Build a delivery platform

We are looking to create a platform where local convenience stores can list products for sales and users can purchase items from local convenience stores for instant delivery. Users (shoppers and convenience stores) need to be able to create accounts). We will provide the platform designs and the website will need to be connected to the DoorDash delivery API. We would prefer node.js for the backend and react.js for the front end (Vue/Angular are also fine).
