Build a complete prepaid, mobile recharge website - 400$
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a reliable full-stack developer to build a fully functional prepaid SIM top-up website, with a clean, futuristic design.
The website will allow international mobile top-ups, credit transfers between users, and full API + payment integrations.
- I will provide example design/reference links - to follow the exact visual direction.
- Core features:
Mobile top-up by country/operator/phone number through Credit card or with crypto payments.
Credit transfer to another user (via online payment, not SIM-to-SIM)
Reloadly API integration (I will provide documentation)
Card payment integration
Admin dashboard (orders, user activity, top-up logs)
- UI/UX Requirements:
With a more futuristic & premium layout
Fully responsive (mobile-first)
Multi-step form (Step 1: Country/Operator → Step 2: Number/Amount → Step 3: Payment)
Must follow the design direction in the visuals I provide
- Preferred stack (but open to proposals):
Frontend: React (with Tailwind or other modern framework)
Backend: Node.js (Express)
Database: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Deliverables:
Clean, complete and well-structured source code
Deployment instructions
Final interface matching the design provided

You can suggest splitting the work into 2 milestones (frontend + backend), but total budget is capped at $400.
