Build a backend rest service and react frontend for a small payment company

We are looking for a skilled developer to build a web application that consists of a backend service developed in Node.js with PostgreSQL, and a frontend in React.js. The backend should have the following features:

JWT authentication for API consumption
User authentication
User API for creating and reading users
Invoice statement API for creating and reading invoice statements
Bill API for creating and reading bills, with specific business rules
Email service for sending notifications
The frontend should be based on a provided React.js theme and have the following pages:

My profile page, which will consume the user API and display user information
Invoice statement page, which will consume the invoice statement API and display invoices
Invoice bill page, which will consume the bill API and allow users to perform specific functions, such as printing bills.
We have included mockup screens (in Portuguese) to help illustrate the required functionality, but the project can be completed entirely in English.
