Build me a React Native App for Parking Spaces

I'm interested in having a mobile app that allows the user to reserve a parking spot in an open-air parking lot for the purpose of POC, using MERN (MongoDB, Express, React Native, Node.js) and be able of creating new roads in an embedded Google-Maps’s map through code (and not by Google Maps GUI), so the user could navigate in the parking lot to his reserved parking spot.
