Build me a Next.js (React) / Node / GraphQL application

I have these designs for an app I want to build:

The person needs to be able to create an account, login, buy credits via stripe and then spend those credits. They will spend the credits by uploading a csv file to MongoDB under the list section, then input a custom message, then press send campaign. It will send their message to each person on their list. One contact = one document in MongoDB = one credit.
We have the designs already as you can see. We just need someone to build it.
I am a developer myself but am too busy to build it myself.
