I want someone who can build a very basic bot on steem blockchain
the primary function of the bot will be
1) Keep listening to steem blockchain for incoming delegation to specified account
2) Identify any incoming Delegations to specified account
3) If any delegation are identified record them
4) give a 7 times worth of delegation provider if they make any post on steem once a day
