Build a Azure Devops Pipeline

I need to build a Azure Devops Pipeline which will create a Linux/Ubuntu VM either in Azure or AWS. Once the VM is created it should include tasks to run a NodeJs script and collect the logs and once the test is complete it should destroy the VM.

DevOps Pipeline Tasks
1. Provision the VM
2. Install the Nodejs and script dependcies
3. Run the Nodejs script
4. Collect the logs
5. Destroy the VM
