Bug Fix (Bot on telegram) -- 2

I need to fix two flaws in an already developed bot.
The bot is hosted on an Amazon VPS. However, at random times it goes off the air and it is necessary to restart it manually, causing inconvenience.
The other issue concerns an existing function to send alerts to users. When this function is used, the bot restarts itself and takes more than 10 minutes to come back online.
The bot is programmed in React.js with a database in mongodb.
