Blockchain - Modify existing P2P network with NodeJS and Javascript -- 2

Hello, this is the requirements (PDF) and I attach the current code as well, I need it done today, like 5-6 hours from now, let me know if possible its very simple and 90% of the code working.Basically need to add to current code Merkle tree for transactions and bloom filter search, and EIP1559 (coin burning etc..)
and I need to have in the final result 1 full node (miner) and another 2 SPV wallets.
