Bitcoin text messaging

Hello, I'm looking for an experienced developer or development team to create a Bitcoin text messaging service platform for me. The service should be integrated with SMS and also include the additional feature of transaction notifications. The goal is to create a way for customers in an emerging market to text message bitcoin to each other with an SMS text message. This project will likely lace together a bunch of platforms and tools: Twilio to send and receive SMS text messages, Parse to keep track of Bitcoin private keys and phone numbers, Heroku running Node.js for app logic, and Chain to interact with the Bitcoin network.
