Scope of work
Develop a secure, scalable, SEO-ready web app with Next.js (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) for the front-end and Node/Next.js for the backend
Design and implement a database layer using PostgreSQL
Implement authentication using JWT + refresh or OAuth
Set up caching with Redis and storage with S3
Configure message queues using SQS or Bull MQ
Deploy infrastructure using Docker and Terraform on AWS
Establish CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and security (OWASP ASVS L2) compliance
Optimize performance to meet benchmarks (LCP 2.5s, API TTFB 200ms p95 400ms)
