App Concept for Developer (Barter Exchange App)

Hi, I want to build an app that works like OLX but with a barter system — where people can exchange items directly with each other (item-for-item), instead of using money.

Core Idea:
• Any user can post a product they don’t want anymore.
• Other users can offer their own items in exchange.
• The original poster can view all offers, compare them, and accept one that suits them.
• Once an offer is accepted, the post is closed automatically.

Features Needed in MVP:

1. User Login/Signup
• With email, phone, or Google
• User profile with name, photo, and city

2. Post an Item
• Upload photos
• Title, category, description, condition
• Optional: what they want in return

3. Offer on a Post
• Any user can send an offer using their own posted items
• A single post can receive multiple offers

4. Offer Management
• The original poster can see all offers on their product
• Can accept one offer and reject others
• Once accepted, the post becomes inactive

5. In-App Chat
• Between users involved in a barter discussion

6. Browse & Search Posts
• View items listed by others
• Filter by category, city, distance, etc.

7. Location Integration
• Posts shown by user’s city/location

8. Admin Panel (basic)
• For me (admin) to manage users, posts, reports

9. Push Notifications
• For new offers, chat messages, accepted deals, etc.

• You must deliver the source code, admin panel access, and documentation.
