Backend for React/ NextJS form

I have a form that has pre-filled question. I need the questions to come from the backend MongoDb and the form to be posted to MongoDb. I need this done Asap and will give it to the person that can do it in the next few hours when you finish the first form I have more forms for you. No NOOBS please. this should take a REACT pro a few minutes to do. So please don't waste your time writing a proposal, NOOBS. Has to be done in Typescript
