Backend For My Site

I am looking for an experienced backend developer who can help me with a project. The website and codebase already exist, and I need a backend that is custom developed using NodeJS. This will include bulk payout capability. My preference for a programming language is NodeJS, but I am open to other approaches as well. The ideal candidate will have experience developing web-based systems and a good understanding of the latest technologies in the field.
