Backend Engineer
Budget: $115 – $200 HKD
iMBrace allows a revolutionary experience for both customers and the company by providing an all-in-one fintech platform which seamlessly automates internal and external processes by using artificial intelligence and other modern technologies.
We are looking for a talented backend developer to join our team, you will be taking key roles in ambitious startup teams and work closely with our product manager and UX designer.
Role & Responsibilities
• Participating in technical requirement analysis, identifying requirements related to people, process, and technology.
• Design and develop high quality, high performance, scalable RESTful API using NodeJs.
• Integrate web hook and APIs with 3rd parties platform such as Salesforce, Twilio, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Facebook API...etc
• Develop workflows to improve business and operational efficiency
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer in the software
development life cycle, including but not limited to prioritisation, design,
development and documentation
• Learn new technologies and evolve our existing applications to the next level
• Work in an agile environment with daily standup and retrospectives
• Read documentations of different platform and analyse how and what to integrate
Requirements
• Experience with NodeJs and Typescript
• Knowledge in noSQL, messaging systems and microservices is an advantage.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD methodology.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (or other cloud platform) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner to technology and development practices/framework.
