Backend Developer Needed for NestJS API

Job ID: 33367617

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

creating a service that waits on hold for users on the phone. It works as follows:

A user is placed on hold by a company and conferences our phone number into the call.
Our b,ot listens to the hold music for the user and notifies the user when the person has returned through the user's other devices (ie Alexa, computer, etc.).
The user has two options: return to the phone and continue the conversation with the person they were waiting for, or, they may connect into the call through the device they were notified on (i.e. browser, tablet app).

Technology

We are building our API in nest.js (Javascript), it is mostly built. We use anSIP PBX to be able to accept phone calls and route them to an extension (through websockets). These phone calls are put into a WebRTC server where the user may connect to the call through another WebRTC client. Lastly, the audio processing is done in Python.

What we're Looking for

WebRTC Developers - We're looking for developers for the project that are able to assist in creating the WebRTC infrastructure. This is all strictly on voice, there is no need for a frontend or video. There is some API integration that will have to be worked out with the codebase and with the help of our developers.

The rest is taken care of by the development team including apps, API, notification, call ingest, web, etc.
