Back-end programming for react website

I have 4 front-end projects created with react, I need these 4 projects integrated into one single website as well as back-end programming using express and node.js and I have MySQL database ready but still not linked to the website
The website include
- main page
- admin dashboard
- doctor dashboard
- patient dashboard
Back-end operations includes the following
- sign up
- sign in
- verify email
- set new password
- access based on role
And CRUD operations for each user.
I'm only concerned with the back-end/server side the client side is complete
I need it to be locally hosted no need for deployment
