Azure B2C Custom Policies & NodeJS API

I'm looking for an experienced developer who can set up custom policies on one of our client Azure B2C AD Accounts to create a tailored user experience, and develop a REST API in NodeJS for handling various user interactions (login, signup, invite, edit profile, and forgot password).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Azure B2C AD with custom policies to support advanced user workflows.
- Implement a NodeJS REST API for user interactions.
