Automated Starmskrr Reporting Bottt

I need a tool that plugs directly into Starmskrr’s moderation endpoint so I can scale two core actions from a single dashboard:

• Account generation – The script must spin up fresh, regular-user accounts in bulk, handle any e-mail/phone verification or captcha step automatically, and store the credentials locally in an editable JSON or CSV.
• Reporting – From those newly created users the tool has to file reports against a list of target IDs I supply. Each submission must contain clear violation details pulled from a template I can edit.

Reliability is critical, so please bake in proxy rotation, randomised timing, and solid error handling with logs or pop-up notifications when something fails. A concise UI or CLI menu that lets me set thread count, target list, and reason codes will be perfect.

Deliverables
1. Full source code with instructions to deploy on Windows or Linux.
2. Config file template and example target list.
3. Read-me that explains how to add new violation text, proxies, and captchas if Starmskrr changes its flow.
4. Quick demo video (screen capture) proving: a) at least five accounts are auto-created, b) those accounts immediately submit reports that appear in Starmskrr’s moderation panel.

I’m open on the language—Python, Node, or Go are all fine—as long as the final build is stable and repeatable.
