We are developing a functional health diagnostic report for our nutraceutical and health-tech brand — The Proven Code. The project involves designing and developing a report generator system for our proprietary Microbiome Health Check (MHC) — a functional gut health screening test that combines laboratory microbial data with lifestyle questionnaire inputs to generate a professional, patient-readable health report.
The final output will be a 10-page digital report (PDF) that automatically compiles clinical data, logic-based analysis, and design templates into a visually clear, premium-quality report consistent with The Proven Code’s brand identity.
The work will include:
Report Design:
-Create a clean, medical-grade layout across all 10 pages (Summary, Functional Assessment, Recommendations, Lifestyle Guide, etc.).
-Use minimalistic, premium design language aligned with our existing brand palette and typography.
-Ensure readability, hierarchy, and professional consistency across sections.
Report Generator Development:
-Build a backend system (preferably in Python or Node.js) that merges lab data and questionnaire responses with prewritten text templates.
-Automatically populate scores, recommendations, and summary sections based on a fixed logic framework provided by our team.
-Export a ready-to-send PDF report in the approved format.
Quality & Usability:
-Maintain visual precision, automation accuracy, and layout consistency.
-Ensure reports are responsive for web viewing and easy to update.
Deliverables:
-Final design files (editable format)
-Automated report generator
-Test runs for 3–5 sample reports
