Assistance Needed for Deploying Node.js App with PostgreSQL on Linux Server

We need help with basic server configuration to deploy a Node.js app with PostgreSQL on a Linux server. Tasks include installing PostgreSQL, setting up free SSL with Let's Encrypt, creating a database user, and creating a database. The main challenge we're facing is connecting the code with the PostgreSQL database on the server, as we've previously done this with a different database. The work will be done via AnyDesk.
