Api for white labeling + client dashboard

I am looking for a developer to build an API for white labeling and a client dashboard.
Url request from client website + by pass our login + store unique id + land on basic info page + follow the flow for indvidual id + compleye the flow till sumbit the last stage + then crate report on backend,and share the report on client dashboard in pdf form

Features needed in the client dashboard:
- Customizable branding

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
