Ansible Setup for PHP & Spring Boot Deployment

I'm looking for an expert in Ansible to facilitate the deployment of my core PHP (MySQL) and Spring Boot Angular (PostgreSQL) projects. The setup will be on a central Ubuntu server, from which deployments will be managed across both QA and Production environments.
Key Responsibilities:

- Automate code deployment, database setup and migration, as well as service restart and monitoring.
