Angular to Reactjs migration - Complete project

We have started migration of Angular framework based web application to react.js. We have decided to go with nextjs framework. This will be a full-time job, fixed contract. You or your team would be responsible for complete conversion and my technical lead will supervise the work.

1. Based on your work history, experience and bid amount, we will shortlist
2. We will share existing angular project code repository
3. You will need to give time estimate (development and bug fixes) and final amount
4. We will award the project and will do 4 milestones (milestones will in equal parts, will be defined in collboaration with you but last one will be integration/regression testing & bug fixes)
5. Our team will do testing as you develop
6. The final milestone will be released only after finishing all bug fixes/regression testing
7. If you delay timeline, you will be penalized 10% of the amount every week - this is to ensure project finishes on time and we release to our customer.
8. If all goes well, you may be hired on part-time to continue new development

A good familiarity with Angular 10+ is highly desired. You must have STRONG experience in reactjs development.
