Amazon SEND API Integration with carrier platform

I am looking for a freelancer who can integrate Amazon SEND API with a carrier platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon SEND API and any carrier platform integration. The project requires the following features:
Attached document provides details of how carriers can integrate with Amazon SEND Platform. Amazon SEND has 4 basic operations viz ESTIMATE, CONFIRM, PICKUP and VOID and 1 additional operation viz FILE
TRANSFER.
Each operation is discussed in detail below:
ESTIMATE : This operation is for retrieving shipping quotes from the carrier for a shipment.
CONFIRM : This operation is for creating a shipment with the carrier.
PICKUP : This operation is for scheduling/creating a pickup with the carrier.
FILE TRANSFER : This operation will be used for transferring customs related files to the carrier.
VOID : This operation is for cancelling the shipment (and pickup) with the carrier.
Request for Payment (RFP) Using EDIFACT INVOIC Format
It needs to have certain security assessment and setup done in the carrier platform so that it meets the Amazon requirements per attached questions.
We will prefer only the developers who have worked on this kind of work earlier.
The price for the project is just a placeholder, it can be discussed and decided based on the effort.
