I need an AI-powered personal assistant that lives entirely inside a web application. Once deployed it should feel as natural as chatting with a colleague while quietly handling the routine work in the background.

Core capabilities
• Scheduling & reminders – understand natural-language requests like “set up a project call next Tuesday at 10” and sync with Google or Outlook calendars, sending smart follow-ups when participants do not respond.
• Email management – read, categorise, draft replies, and surface priority messages, all through secure access to Gmail or Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Task automation – trigger workflows (e.g., create Trello cards, update CRM records, generate small reports) based on simple conversational commands or pre-set rules.

The assistant will be accessed through a responsive, browser-based UI built with a modern stack; React or Vue on the front end and a Python (FastAPI / Django) or Node.js back end is fine as long as it integrates cleanly with an LLM such as OpenAI GPT-4 or similar. I will provide API keys and any third-party credentials you need.

I expect:
1. A running web app I can host on my own server (Docker highly preferred).
2. Source code in a private Git repository with clear commit history.
3. Short screen-share demo proving calendar sync, email triage, and one sample automated workflow.
4. Setup and user documentation written in plain English.

Please factor in data privacy best practices—OAuth for account connections, encrypted storage of tokens, audit logging of user requests. Performance should remain acceptable for typical SMB traffic (≈50 concurrent users).
