Add Zendesk and AWS SES components to next.js project and fix api call bugs

I have a project for a task management system, written in Typescript/Next.js with Supabase backend, it's around 70% complete and I want to outsource the remaining work. It is mainly to add email and zendesk ticketing integration + fix existing bugs and faulty api calls.
- Email integration - sending transactional emails in 3-6 places
- Zendesk API integration - for creating and updating the status of tickets in 3-6 places
- Fix faulty API calls - sometimes the data isn't pulling through / unreliable

Notes - the last freelancer could not do this for these reasons "Zendesk update ticket status is not meant to be run on frontend.
Your both repos are in nextjs which doesn't have support for zendesk.
I tried running the nodejs package in it but it gives error (This is the nodejs package https://github.com/blakmatrix/node-zendesk)" I know next js is full stack and maybe you can use a different library."
But please explore first
