Add Docker to Development Workflow

Hi there,
We have a PHP application that we would like to run via Docker.
The purpose is twofold:
- To make it easy to give a running instance of the application to any developer on their Local Docker Desktop
- We have setup Portainer on a server already, and would like to be able to give a running instance to developers on it as well , of our application. So that they may develop on remote docker instances as well.
Further, we need the know-how on how to use Docker effectively.
Looking for an experienced Docker engineer who may help us achieve the aforementioned tasks.

Will require that you may assist our developer via Teamviewer to help carry out these tasks.
