AWS EC2 S3 NodeJS

This project is to create a how-to document that will list in complete detail the steps needed to be performed in the AWS Management Console to allow a node js server running on an EC2 instance to access a file in an S3 bucket. The server will receive a request and will fetch a 200 MB file from the S3 bucket (there may be 1000s of such files in the bucket) and return it as a response. Apart from steps in AWS console, the how-to document should also have a bare minimum implementation of the node js server.

This is a starter project to evaluate a free lancer consultant for ongoing AWS related projects. Please submit a fixed bid quote. We are also open to suggestions of doing things in a better way.
