AWS Lambda/Sagemaker/Rekognition + Reactjs WebRTC

1.Simple authentication.(Roles and more.. will be in phase 2)
2. Admin Panel with:
-simple dashboard for all live streams from ip cameras
- simple dashboard for controlling the web relays (API already Integrated but needs scheduling function)
3. Add web relays and IP cameras to system, rename them as desired(i.e. Lobby, gym )
4. Cameras must be able to recognize faces/license plates added to db using AWS Rekognition and the IP cameras as video input
