AWS Developer for Load Balancing

I'm looking for a skilled AWS developer who can assist with the following tasks:
- Load Balancing: Distribute traffic evenly across multiple servers to improve performance and availability.
- Document Creation: Assist in creating documents in the database.
I need someone who can seamlessly deploy a Node.js project on a new server, and configure Route 53. Additionally, based on the project requirements, the ideal candidate will be able to identify a suitable EC2 machine and handle the complete security process.
