AWS Backend Developer - Long term flexible hourly based
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
Seeking an AWS backend developer on an hourly basis. Your main task will be to utilize various AWS services for this project. Our Tech Stack: AWS RDS PostgreSQL, AWS with SAM serverless as backend, CloudFormation, Lambda, Node.js, TypeScript.
We are based in Australia, you do not have to be full time overlap, just ensure necessary recap. As long as communication is OK, you can implement the task in your own time.
About the Role
- You will have solid AWS skills (as for DevOps work)
- Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure
- Create and manage serverless applications (Node.js, TypeScript), APIs
- From time to time, you may help some React (this is not required, and totally OK if you just want to stick with backend)
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience, working as a full stack engineer or backend engineer
- 2+ years solid and professional AWS skills
- 2+ years of experience with backend frameworks such NodeJS
- SQL database development experience, with PostgreSQL preferable
- Proficiency in REST API, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Preferable:
- You have AWS certificates
- You are aware of security principles and have applied best practices to the backend services
