AWS Amplify/React App for Customer Boarding / Management

We need an AWS Amplify app built to board and manage our customers.
This needs to be built in JS/Typescript using React and deployed into an AWS environment using Terraform.
It will use a RESTful API for adding/modifying and deleting customers.
Authorization should be via a AWS cognito user pool.
Application should be simple and easy to use.
Junit and integration tests should be provided
