nlp : hybrid chatbot(generative-retreival)

I am looking for a hybrid chatbot for mental health, which will interact with users through text-based conversation. This chatbot will have a mix of generative and retrieval capabilities to provide the most appropriate responses to user inquiries. It will be mostly used to understand and effectively manage mental health problems. Its primary function will be to offer users personalized advice for their mental well being and provide them with support and resources including mental health professionals, services and community support services. The chatbot will be trained to use natural language processing (NLP) and data science techniques to identify user sentiment and suggest appropriate self care interventions, activities, and help users access mental health professionals for further psychological treatment. The bot should be able to recognize the nuances of conversations related to mental health, provide accurate and timely responses, and support the user through its conversation.
