large language model project

I'm looking to build a large language model project using my own dataset, with the output being in text format. My goal is to create a language model that is capable of going beyond traditional models by understanding language patterns and modeling complex topics. The language model should be able to generate output in text format in order to help with sentiment analysis, text generation, and language translation. It should be capable of deciphering meaning in a given context and be able to generate responses in a meaningful way. I'm looking for an expert who has extensive experience in predictive algorithms, deep learning, neural networks and natural language processing to help me complete this project.
