AI Team Needed for Resume Analysis Project
Budget: €3,000 – €5,000 EUR
We're looking for a skilled team of AI and NLP professionals to help us build an AI that can analyze resumes. The AI should be able to evaluate experiences, industry, funding series, and other factors, and provide a list of candidates based on specific search parameters.
Responsibilities will include:
Data Acquisition and Cleaning: Collecting and cleaning resume data, ensuring it's correctly labeled and formatted.
Data Preprocessing and Feature Extraction: Using NLP techniques to extract relevant information from the resumes.
Model Selection and Training: Choosing a suitable pre-trained NLP model and fine-tuning it on our data.
Model Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluating the model's performance and making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy.
System Integration and Testing: Integrating the model into a system that allows for easy querying and thoroughly testing the system.
Deployment and Maintenance: Deploying the system and ensuring it's properly maintained and updated as needed.
Candidates should have strong experience in AI, NLP, and machine learning, as well as familiarity with models like BERT, GPT-3, RoBERTa, or DistilBERT. Experience with Elasticsearch and Python programming is a plus. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in the past.
