I am looking for a software that can convert Turkish language audio files to text with speech to text. But I don't want to use 3rd party services like Google Cloud Console, Amazon and I don't want to pay for this software. I want to do this for free with a system of my own. I also want emotional states to be analyzed and reported in the article. I will integrate this software into my own systems. I'm looking for suggestions from those who have experience in this field.
