Natural language processing scientist/developer

I have a closed domain question answering task. I need someone with several years of experience in NLP to consult me in order to build dataset and training the right model. I want my model to give better answers than google gives on my content. The content cluster inlcudes 1000 articles each 800 words long. Pls send me a brief strategy and plan to successfully build this project.
