NLP Based Chat Bot
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop an NLP-based chat bot for customer support. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing chat bots and working with natural language processing technologies.
Requirements:
- Develop a chat bot that can effectively handle customer inquiries and provide support in English.
- The chat bot should be integrated into both the website and social media platforms.
- The chat bot should be able to retrieve relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer queries.
- Experience with NLP technologies such as sentiment analysis and intent recognition is highly desired.
- The chat bot should have a user-friendly interface and be able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- It should also have the ability to learn and improve its responses over time.
High Level Scope of Work
• OFFICE SOLUTION team will provide access to around 200 documents, PDFs, collaterals, SharePoint links, etc. around Service Delivery, Training and HR Operations.
• OFFICE SOLUTION is looking for a query management bot which can address and respond to queries raised by their employees.
• OFFICE SOLUTION is looking for a solution to handle queries of 5000 to 6000 concurrent users.
• The response provide by the bot should be in the form relevant snippets/overview, document URL links, collated information from various set of documents, etc.
• OFFICE SOLUTION expects multi-channel integration
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in natural language processing and machine learning.
- Experience in developing chat bots and working with platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Slack.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating chat bots with various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
