Find group of spaCy entities on document after parsed

In my case I am currently trying to efficiently find a position held on a CV/Resume, I am able to identify the company, job title and start/end date through a custom NER.
But I am trying to find a way to essentially detect whenever those entities are near to each other, as they are typically grouped on a CV, and then extract it.
This is a small job and won't require hours
