We are looking for an experienced developer to create a chatbot using Google Dialogflow for our conveyor manufacturing company. The chatbot will be integrated into our website and should handle customer queries, provide relevant information on different types of conveyors, and share videos and brochures. The goal is to enhance customer engagement and streamline our lead generation process.
Key Features:
Respond to common customer queries about conveyor types, usage, material capacity, and space requirements.
Provide users with access to brochures and videos on different conveyor systems.
Capture user requirements and offer customized suggestions based on input.
Include a feature that offers an option to schedule a call with a solution engineer for more complex queries.
The chatbot should be multilingual (optional but preferred).
Integration with WhatsApp API (for lead follow-up) is a plus.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building Dialogflow chatbots, preferably for manufacturing or industrial solutions.
