We are seeking a team of experienced AI developers to create a two-way SMS chatbot for our real estate business. The goal of this chatbot is to communicate with new leads that register on our website and convert them into appointments. The chatbot will act as an Inside Sales agent, simulating the interactions of a realtor sales team member.
The chatbot will need to handle 10-20 new leads daily to start, but the system must be scalable as these leads will compound over time. The chatbot should be capable of understanding the context of an entire conversation, following up with leads that do not respond, and scheduling follow-ups based on the conversation's timelines.
Project Requirements:
Bilingual: The chatbot must support both English and Spanish languages.
