Data scientist

My project requires the help of a talented data scientist to join me on this journey. I need someone who has experience in the field of Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling and is able to think outside of the box. I do not have an existing dataset for this project and therefore I will need the data scientist to source or create one from scratch.
